Operations were interupted again last night. All personel were involved in an emergency project in the nearby town of Pool. The Lake of Pool developed a significant algae bloom. Scientists determined that the lake had abnormally high concentrations of minerals and salts. The lake had to be drained and refilled with fresh water. Equipment was available for only 12 hours so the project went until 1:30 AM. Original projections for refilling was 4 days. However, by using two water sources and maximizing the available water sources, this was shortened to 12 hours. Filling was interupted at the 9th hour to permit other uses of the available water pressure.

Pool Lake is now sparklig and ready for a summer of recreation. We are expecting full enjoyment by all the assistant engineers and their families.
